The issue relates to an EasyApache upgrade which failed to convert due to a package problem with Perl. 12:42pm 04-09-2017.

Just to keep you updated - we've investigated the issue and have escalated the problem to the cPanel support team - it appears there is an issue with a perl module not being installed - but is required for the PHP installation... however you need PHP to be installed to install the Perl module.... there seems to be a bug in the Easy Apache install script - once they have logged in they should be able to rectify the issue. As soon as we hear back from them we'll let you know :) 14:42pm 04-09-2017.
